And el pastel de carne, well I'm from Honduras, Centralamerica, we have have pastel de carne here as well, and the thing is there is no logical translation to meatloaf, maybe Hogaza de carne (loaf tranlates to hogaza) but that sounds just plain nasty in spanish.
