I did not! I saw the individual stars at lots of markets, Ciudadela, etc. but I never managed to track down the hanging set of three.

I am Doris’s nephew and I have to say that the staff, surroundings, and physical space of the Hacienda Las Trancas itself were perfect for the wedding my wife and I had there this past June. Kelley, Yolanda, Gerardo, Ite, Rosario, and many, many others are extremely accommodating and made for what will simply be an unforgettable experience for our roughly 28 guests. By far, the best value for the money I’ve ever spent on anything. Superb massages, extremely fresh and savory food (and a menu that expands your understanding of classical Mexican food — though Yolanda is not afraid to be creative — with great results), exquisitely designed and comfortable rooms, fun horseback tours led by Juan Antonio, close proximity to beautiful sightseeing in San Miguel and Guanajuato, and tranquility around every corner. Truly a gem of a place to spend time relaxing and exploring…I have about 4,000 pictures to prove it. Haha.

I am one of the lucky “patrons” of the Hacienda via “Wedding”
(not mine but my nephews’) and all you have said here is absolutely true…
The place is gorgeous and about as authentic as you can possibly get…the Mariachii (sp?) band is just wonderful and they really do
give you the most value for every dollar you spend.

All who attended that wedding “week” were “bedazzled” and are also “plotting” to return
